Fair Deal Bail Bonds began in 2003 with owner Garren Scrader. He, along with his lifelong friend Jim Neighbors, have worked hard over the last several years to make it the successful business that it is today. 

Paul Peavey started Midwest Bail Bonding in 1958. Bob Olson bought the company in 1978 and owned it until Garren/Jim bought it in 2016. Midwest Bonding Services was on Emma Street in Springdale during that time. 

Both businesses, Fair Deal Bail Bonds and Midwest Bonding Services, were purchased by First Arkansas Bail Bonds in 2021. Garren, Jim and Bob are staying on to help manage and maintain the reputation for quality bonding services that the Northwest Arkansas area has grown to count on.
